Ph.D. Scholarship in the Business and Politics of China in Globalizing Sustainable Energy Industries
Copenhagen Business School invites applications for a vacant PhD scholarship within the overall field of Business and Politics – with a focus on global innovation networks and the role of China in globalization of sustainable energy industries and technology. The recruited PhD candidate will be attached to the Department of Business and Politics. The department emphasizes cross-national research on states, economies, corporations, and other organizations that are involved in the governance of political and economic matters. The department is open to research on political science and sociology and a variety of theoretical and methodological approaches.
The Department will give priority to applicants with a keen interest on new ways of organizing innovation in China and beyond with a broad social science understanding of internationalization.
The three-year PhD program at CBS allows you to conduct research under the supervision of CBS professors, supported by research training courses. The project will be embedded in ongoing research collaboration between CBS, Aalborg University, Danish Technical University, Graduate University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Tsinghua University. The scholarship requires the student to spend a minimum of 12 months of their PhD in a research institution in China.
